About Common Method

Experienced people, directly involved.

We work on the client side of the table: helping leaders understand choices, challenge assumptions and keep suppliers and important digital change aligned.

How we work

Senior attention is the service.

Common Method is a specialist technology consultancy for UK membership organisations, professional bodies and qualifications or assurance organisations.

Our founders bring senior experience across software engineering, architecture, technical leadership, delivery, supplier-facing work and business-critical systems. Clients work directly with them—there is no junior consulting layer between the question and the advice.

We are independent of technology vendors and delivery suppliers. That lets us focus on what the organisation actually needs, explain trade-offs plainly and provide constructive challenge when it matters.
